How to use Yoast SEO in Elementor
As you probably already know, Yoast SEO is a WordPress SEO plugin that helps you improve your ranking in the search engines. Another very popular plugin that a lot of people also use is Elementor. It lets you build beautiful and fully-functioning websites and marketing landing pages without writing a single line of code. To let you seamlessly work on your SEO while building your pages, we integrated Yoast SEO in Elementor! In this post, we explain how the integration works.

Using Yoast SEO in Elementor
To create all content types with Elementor and optimize it with Yoast SEO, follow these steps:
- Open the Posts, Pages, Products, or your custom post type overview in your Dashboard and click Add New
The editing screen for your Posts, Pages, Products or your custom post type will open.
- Click the Edit with Elementor button
You will go to the Elementor page editing screen.
- Once in the Elementor editor, build your Post, Page, Product or custom post type

- Click Got it to dismiss the Yoast SEO for Elementor reminder
If it’s the first time you use Elementor, you will see a pop-up to remind you of the Yoast SEO content analysis. You can use it to start optimizing your content!
- Click on the three-line hamburger menu; then select Yoast SEO
You may not be able to access the hamburger menu due to Elementor updates. In this case, follow step 6 and click on the gear icon to access the Yoast SEO menu.
- Alternatively, click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner; then select Yoast SEO to start optimizing your post
- Use the settings in the Yoast SEO sidebar to optimize your content
All the Yoast SEO (Premium) features are available in the Yoast SEO sidebar, including the (Premium) SEO, readability and inclusive language analyses. You will receive instant feedback as you write and highlighted areas show where you can improve your text!
