At Yoast, we want you to be completely happy with any product or service you buy from us. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know. Responses to your purchase email will automatically land in our inbox.
Refunds for plugins/tools
If you decide your purchase of a plugin was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any initial purchase, Yoast will refund the full price you paid upon request.
Simply contact us by completing a short refund form and let us know you’d like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you’re not happy. No refunds are provided after 30 days, and refunds do not apply to renewals and monthly subscriptions.
You can cancel these subscriptions anytime in MyYoast with effect at the end of the then-current term.
Refunds for upgrade bundle
If you have upgraded your initial subscription with a bundle (after a period of 30 days of your initial purchase of a plugin has passed) and feel like that was not the right decision, you can downgrade your upgraded subscription within 30 days of the upgrade.
Simply contact us by reaching out to our support team via support@yoast.com or fill in the refund form below. Since the refund period for your initial subscription already has passed, we won’t refund you for that.
Issues with Yoast SEO academy courses
If you’re unable to follow the course due to technical issues, we will refund you. If you’ve gone into the course and have completed sections, we will no longer offer a refund. However: if you’re not happy, please email us. We would love to know how we can improve. Simply replying to your purchase email is sufficient.
Refunds for the products mentioned above only apply to the initial purchase or term and refunds do not apply to renewals.
